Daffodil Delights
The daffodils are blooming and bright in Skagit Valley. There is always a great source of comfort to be driving in that area of the world and see the fields in the river valley brightly glowing in yellow. I just can't resist pulling out my camera every time I'm there.
I find it oddly beautiful to see the rows of yellow petals with snow covering the surrounding hills. It's a clear line where winter meets spring.
With the arrival of the daffodils, it means the tulips are just around the corner. Bring on the color!

I love daffodils. I might go out and get some now.
