Over the Easter weekend, I did something I was planning to do - I bought a new camera. I'm very happy with my choice, but I have been spending a lot of time trying to learn how to use it. Going from an Olympus DSLR to a Canon DSLR isn't as easy as one would think. However, to help me become more accustomed to the new camera, my little family decided to head to the Fragrance Garden and go snap happy.
Hello, Yellow! This week is going to be a tough one for me... Lots of work and even more stress, so I'm glad I have you to look at on my computer monitor.
Hello, Little Sister... I'm glad I have you to keep my company during a stressful week. I'm even more glad you kept me company as we puttered around the garden - taking snap after snap.
Hello, Hyacinths... I love how the sun lights you up. And look at how your leaves seem to glow. Fabulous!
Hello, Tower... It took many flights of stairs to get to your top, but once I did - the few was worth it.
Hello, Family Affair... I love that my entire family partakes in photography. We learn from each other and never have a boring moment.
Hello, Mr. Bench... I love that you're there for me when I need you. Interestingly, I need you a lot - mostly just to sit and watch the world go by (and a few bees and butterflies too).
Hello, Blue Skies... We're suppose to see more of you this week. I'm bummed that I won't be able to go out and enjoy all the benefits you bring, so I'm hoping you stick around for more.
Hello, Monday... Because of my week... This time, I wish you were Saturday.

ReplyDeleteAww! Thanks for Following Me, Jack! You are so sweet!
ReplyDeleteYou have a lovely blog. Totally worth following. :)
DeleteYour photos have the most brilliant color and sharpness! What model of Canon are you using now, if I might ask. I have a Canon Rebel TIII (I think.) I like it fine, but have nothing to compare it to.
ReplyDeleteI bought a Canon 7D.
